Anonymous was whining because he receive a ticket for speeding at 06hoo and another for failing to stop at an intersection. He attempted to justify both crimes with faulty logic.
Dear Anonymous, Its this attitude of yours justifying your breaking the law that causes the problems we have. The Traffic department have a job and that is to stop road crime. Speeding is a crime, Your saying that you do not condone breaking the law in anyway, but saying, people must use reason to justify your breaking the law leads me to two conclusions. First you obviously believe that laws are guidelines and second that you are above them.
This lawless attitude that leads to deaths. Statements like "Its only 20km/h more than the limit, I was the only road user. I was late and overtaking on the barrier line is not a real crime." lead to "Software Piracy is acceptable, Those people are ripping us off anyway." What about "My children are hungry, surely he won't miss that lawnmower, his insurance will replace it." Crime is crime, I hope the law will become stricter in its application. I hope they will take morons like you off the road, making it safer for my Kids on their bicycles, safer for pedestrians at 06h00 on lonely roads trying to get to work. My take on the matter is that your feeling is that you were caught, Dear Anonymous you broke the law, Pay your fine, stop whining and next time travel at speed limit, Stop at the bridge at Vintonia, I nearly got take out there by someone not stopping, I was coming in from that little road to the left just behind the bridge. Did you even know it was there?
If you break the law, that spook with the book's job is to give you the ticket so that you can learn and become a model citizen. Think before writing such unjustified rubbish, about the man in the bakkie killed recently following the law by the reckless young man speeding from White River, Speeding is not a real crime is it? Tell the man in the bakkies children that? What about the Granny run over by the School by the idiot flying through town at 120. Tell her children and grand children that speeding is only a minor infraction. Grow up, those laws are to protect you and me. If you don't break them you will set an example to others, who when in turn they follow the laws, will give the spook with the book more time to work on "real" crime.
